Shipping and delivery policy SUVIO.nl

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to place orders placed before 12 noon on workdays into production the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, for example because the product is not in stock. In that case, delivery of your order within the Netherlands will take approximately 4 to 5 working days. To Belgium this may take 2 to 3 working days longer. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. We use PostNL rates for shipping with an additional small margin for packaging and administration costs.

Your web order will be delivered by PostNL and PostNL Pakketten. If an order does not fit through the letterbox, it will be sent as a package.
